SustainChain is a sustainable marketplace where users can browse, sell, and buy products with a focus on responsible consumption.
Can I browse listings without logging in?
Yes. Guests can view marketplace listings and product details. Some actions, such as checkout or account features, may require logging in.
How do I add a product to my cart?
After you find a product you like, click Add to Cart on the listing card or listing details page. You can then open My Cart from the header to review your selected items, change quantities, remove items, or continue to checkout.
Where can I manage my own listings?
After logging in as a seller, manufacturer, or admin, use My Store to view, edit, and manage your listings.
How can I contact SustainChain?
Use the Contact Us page to send an enquiry. Admin users can review submitted contact forms from the Contact Forms page.
How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?
Our marketplaces provide seller ratings, reviews, and sustainability certifications. You can check a seller’s rating, read customer reviews, and their certifications. This platform also offer buyer protection for added safety.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit, Link Visa payments, Zip and Klarna payment methods.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. You can also view tracking updates anytime under My Orders.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the seller’s location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?
If your item is damaged, defective, or missing, you can open a support request through your contact us page. Our team will help resolve the issue quickly.
Is my payment information secure?

Can I sell my own products on the marketplace?
Yes. You'll have to create a new account dedicated to selling products.
How do I get onto the discover innovators page?
You'll have to create a manufacturer account and become a top seller on the website to get featured on discover innovators.
How do list my products on the banner ad on the home page?
You'll have to use the contact forms to message the admins about it.
What makes products on this marketplace sustainable?
Products may feature recycled materials, ethical sourcing, low‑impact manufacturing, or certifications such as Fair Trade or Organic. Check each product’s sustainability details on the seller's page.
